DWRC started its  legal aid and awareness-raising activities in 1993 -1994, thanks to volunteers and donations from the local community. Ever since, DWRC has developed and extended its Legal Aid and Human Rights Protection program to enable female and male Palestinian workers in the Israeli and Palestinian labour markets to demand and uphold their labor and socio-economic rights.

We focus on the protection of human rights in general and economic, social and cultural rights in particular through advocacy, awareness raising, monitoring, documenting and reporting violations, adopting complaints and bringing them before the courts, legal consultations, pressure campaigns, legal studies and training in the field of human rights.
