One of the first challenges of DWRC’s training and education program has been to benefit from the international expertise and experience of trade unions and partner organizations to develop training and education materials in Arabic adapted to the needs and circumstances of Palestinian workers and unionists. With the assistance of foreign experts, we produced the first training trainers’ material in labor education in Palestine.

Over the years, DWRC has elaborated a series of educational and training resources on specific topics in support of the increasing diversity of its training program. DWRC continues to develop these materials, taking into consideration innovations in training techniques and tools, including through an increasing use of audio-visual and IT tools.

Currently, DWRC is in the process of developing training materials on good governance for trade unions and on gender, workplace and unions.
